About Me

Hi, I'm Margarita, an environmental professional and writer based in Miami, Florida. In my first ten years in the work force, I progressed from an entry-level position to a department director, from novice blogger to published author, and from the private sector to the public sector and most recently, to a corporate career. My personal and professional successes are the result of a great education, a solid support system, first-class mentors and a little luck. I started this blog to pay it forward by sharing advice, experiences and resources that I have found useful in my journey.
